Manju Jois is dedicated to his mission of training teachers in the ancient style of yoga, which combined the asanas, pranayamas, and meditation chants for a mind body spirit unification.

The asanas, or postures, are just one component of the ancient style of yoga. Manju is bringing back to yoga the other ancient components that are essential to assist those on the path toward Enlightenment: chants, which help with breathing; meditation, which relaxes the body and mind; and pranayamas, which assist with purification. Manju is honored to pass along all of the traditional components of yoga to his students and student teachers, as he encourages them, ‘Unite with Yourself.’
